Postage

Spunky 'n' Funky will endeavour to post your item to you within 24-48hours of receiving your payment.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the parcel to arrive.

We post all of our items via Australia Post at the lowest possible cost to our customers.

We have a flat rate for postage across Australia. When purchasing 1 - 2 items, postage is $6.00, when purchasing 3 or more items, postage is $12.00..

We will happily post to an international location, for the cost of which will be quoted via email on request.

We will gladly gift wrap your purchase for you at an additional cost of $4.50 per package, in a colour combination of your choice. Please make note of this request in the comments box at checkout.

Here at Spunky 'n' Funky, we would like all of our customers to shop with ease and comfort knowing that, should the item you purchase not fit correctly, or is faulty in some way, we will gladly return and/or exchange it for you, so long as you contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

All returned products must be in original condition and/or packaging (unworn and unsoiled), returned to us in the same condition.

Should returned items be used, soiled and/or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange.

On receipt of the returned item, your refund will be processed within 24 hours, unless you have chosen an exchange, in which case, your newly chosen item will be posted out to you within 24 hours (if in stock).

Postage costs for returned items (both the initial charges, plus those incurred returning the item) will not be refunded, unless the item was found to be faulty.

Sale items unfortunately are not returnable unless faulty.

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%). Prices may be changed at any time at our discretion without notice.
